Wetzel Properties and Remodeling, LLC was born from a dream many years ago. Tom began doing work in restoration in 2011. He developed a passion for working with his hands and doing high quality work. Since then he has remodeled numerous bathrooms and kitchens, finished several basements, and completed many other projects. A favorite project, to date, was restoring his great-great grandfathers 1924 bungalow. As is his preference, Tom completes most of the work for every project himself. His standard is always to do things the right way. He loves being involved with clients and makes sure every project is completed to their expectations.

Amy found herself in the midst of a whole home remodel when she began to date Tom in 2015. Throughout their engagement Amy developed a love for design as she offered input of her ideas and chose all the finishes for Tom’s 1924 bungalow style home. Although she still has a full time day job, Amy keeps the projects moving along, is the official “gopher”, schedules all appointments, and is a cheerleader on the sidelines when she is not available to be on-site.
